THE COMMUNITY

The Men of Valor Community is a community of men who are willing to boldly, with determination, advance the kingdom of heaven through their steadfast leadership at home, in their workplace, in their communities, and most certainly within the Body of Christ—the Church. As Joshua commanded the fighting men—the men of valor—of the Israelite nation, we—husbands, fathers, brothers—must move ahead of our fellow man (mankind) if we are to lead them into the Promise Land (Joshua 1:14-15).

The kingdom of heaven is our “Promise Land.” It’s where our citizenship truly lies. Unfortunately, the comforts of this world and the great deceiver himself, the devil, have drawn our eyes, our motives, and our efforts away from advancing the kingdom of heaven in place of gratifying our short-term comforts.

The Mission

The Men of Valor Community equips men and develops their leadership skills to lead transformation within the Body of Christ, and the fallen world of our society, through their bold practice of Christ-centered leadership.

Men of Valor is the community that helps busy, everyday men grow in their leadership skills to achieve greater influence in their families, their workplaces, and their communities.

The Entry Level Group is designed to give men of all levels of experience in leadership and working in teams access and placement into a host of opportunities where they can further their development.

Join the Entry Level Group to engage with a vibrant online community of Christian men dedicated to mutual growth in faith and leadership. This platform is designed to help members sharpen each other’s faith, enhance leadership skills, and inspire actions that advance the kingdom of heaven.

Members can request prayer and also pray for others, fostering a strong sense of spiritual solidarity and support.

Connect with Christian men and leaders in business and communities. This network offers a valuable resource for sharing job postings, discussing innovative ideas for leading in a challenging world, and building professional and personal connections.

ACCESS ON A MONTHLY BASIS

The Formidable Group is designed to attract men who currently fill or will fill leadership roles in the near future. RLL recognizes that the leadership needs of some in the community will be greater than others and we want to offer more value to those who need and desire more than what the Entry Level provides. Where the Entry Level Group offers sustained leadership development, the Formidable Group seeks to assist the member to taking their leadership abilities to the next level.

In addition to all the access that the Entry Level Group gains, the Formidable Group has the opportunity to receive a behavior assessment as complimentary to their membership. The assessment is the key to understand the unique pattern of how God designed you and how to apply that pattern to connect more closely with those you lead and have influence over.

Additionally, exclusive to the Formidable Group, are monthly "Open Table" sessions. In these gatherings, members can present leadership challenges they face at work, home, or within their local communities and gain invaluable insights from their peers and the RLL Team. These sessions last for two hours, and members have the flexibility to join or leave the virtual meeting at their convenience.
