Jordan Ames is a leadership consultant and coach. He is a Retired Marine Special Operations Officer, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, a Maxwell DISC Certified Consultant and Trainer, and the proud father of seven, six of whom him and his wife adopted. Jordan leverage’s his varied experiences to help leaders and teams shape their environments and navigate challenges so that they can nest their tactical actions to achieve their strategic objectives. Jordan currently consults as the project manager for a counter human trafficking mission in Eastern Uganda along its border with Kenya.
As a retired Marine Special Operations Officer, he's been in situations where communication was not just beneficial – it was critical.
